When and where is the Toronto Jazz Fest?
The 2026 Toronto Jazz Festival takes place June 19 to 28 with free outdoor programming in the Bloor-Yorkville area, and a selection of ticketed concerts across the city. See our full performance schedule; our Festival map is coming soon.

What is the minimum age to attend?
All of our free admission concerts are all ages events. For ticketed concerts, age restrictions vary from venue to venue - please check each concert carefully.
Are there seats available?
Some seating is available for our free admission, outdoor programming on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. You are welcome to bring your own folding chairs. Seating for indoor events varies from venue to venue - please check each concert carefully for seating information and availability. If you have accessibility considerations, more information can be found on the Accessibility Page.
Do I need a ticket or RSVP to attend free concerts?
Entry to our free admission concerts is on a first-come, first-served basis - no ticket or RSVP required. Please note that capacity is limited in each venue - once capacity is reached, no entry will be available.
Is there food available? Will alcoholic beverages be sold on-site?
A wide variety of food and beverage options, catering to all tastes and budgets, are available a short walk from our outdoor venues in the vibrant Bloor-Yorkville neighbourhood. Most indoor Festival concert venues will have food and beverage available to purchase, but availability will vary from venue to venue.

A variety of food and beverage options will be available for various dietary needs. Food however will be available only at OLG Grove location this year.

How to get to the Festival grounds in Bloor-Yorkville + Parking

- Museum Station (Yonge-University Line): Exit to Queens Park North, 5 min. walk to OLG Village
- Bay Station (Bloor-Danforth Subway Line): Exit in Yorkville, 2 min. walk to OLG Village

Will there be a medic?
Medical support will be available at the OLG Village in Village of Yorkville Park.
Medical support will be available at the OLG Village. Please check the Festival Site Map for exact location.
Medical help and first aid kits will be available in all Festival locations. Please check out the Festival Site Map for exact locations in the Avenue and OLG Grove areas. In The Village First Aid will be available at the Information Booth. Please contact Security, Police or a Volunteer on site if you need medical help.
I am using a wheelchair, is there a designated accessible viewing area?
The Toronto Jazz Festival is a wheelchair accessible event. To enjoy the shows in the OLG Village designated wheelchair area, please arrive 15 min before the show and check in at the INFORMATION tent on Cumberland Street, where our volunteers can assist you further. For ticketed concerts, please contact each venue directly.

What else can I do in the neighbourhood nearby?

Will there be a festival brochure or program available?
As we are committed to be a paperless event, we will not have any paper program or brochure at this year’s Festival. You can however access all important information - festival schedule and map by visiting our website or scanning a QR code available in multiple locations on the signage across the Festival site. 
I’m an artist and would like to perform at your Festival, how can I apply?
We accept artist submissions year-round, however submissions must be received by December 15 in order to be considered for the following year's Festival. Learn more.
Can I volunteer with you?

I am a journalist / photographer and would like to cover your Festival, can I get a media pass?
We are a media-friendly organization and welcome journalists covering music and culture. Media officially attending the Jazz Festival must have Media Accreditation. Requests for accreditation do not guarantee accreditation. A Media pass admits one person. We cannot accommodate guests. Photo passes are subject to approval by artist management at least 30 mins prior to showtime. For more information visit our Media Page. 

Fan Health & Safety

  3. 3. Check your local Public Health website for the latest information about communicable illness (i.e. COVID-19)

  5. 5. Do not bring prohibited items into the event
  6. 6. Be kind and follow our Fan Code of Conduct for your and everyone’s safety
  7. 7. Keep an eye out for your friends and family
  8. 8. If you feel unsafe please reach out to any of the event staff to get help

Fan Code of Conduct

An important part of any great event is ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for our guests, artists and staff to experience. We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We ask that your conduct contribute to everyone’s enjoyment of the event, be legally appropriate, and not be offensive or abusive to others. For your safety and comfort, unacceptable conduct is subject to ejection and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
  • Use of foul, threatening, offensive or abusive language or gestures.
  • Discrimination, bullying or hate that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, ability, physical appearance or other.
  • Harassment, including unwelcome or hostile behavior, physical contact or sexual attention.
  • Fighting or any other type of violence. Wearing or using clothing, signs, and banners which are offensive in nature.
  • Intoxication or impairment due to alcohol/cannabis or consumption of illegal substances.
  • Throwing objects or interfering with the progress of the event.
  • Being in possession of alcohol not purchased inside the event.
  • Being a minor in possession of alcohol or providing a minor with alcohol.
  • Being in possession of weapons, illegal substances, or any other prohibited items.
  • Unpermitted access and breaching perimeters to restricted areas.
Any other conduct that may be deemed by security or event management to be inappropriate or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property, or disruption of the event.

We will not tolerate any unsafe, offensive behaviour that violates the Fan Code of Conduct. Failure to abide by this Code may result in ejection, suspension from entering any or all venues & future events. Each of us has a responsibility to report any act that goes against the values that we stand for. So, if you see something, say something. Report any safety concerns to security or event management right away.
